The Protocols.
Each Protocol names a promise you make to yourself: the shape it takes, the cadence it asks of you, and the proof it keeps on your behalf. Different lengths, different demands. Choose the one that fits your resolve.
Every Protocol. In full.
Each Protocol is its own product, with its own length and its own demand. Here is what each one asks of you, and the proof it keeps in return.
The Perseverance Protocol
“One year. Every day you show up is etched, and etchings hold.”
The year-long path, and the one every player walks from the first day. There is nothing to begin: it runs underneath everything else. Each logged day is etched into the year and the inscription only deepens. Your tier is read at year-end from the days you kept, with enough slack built in to survive travel, illness, and the occasional bad week.
The Resolve Protocol
“One hundred days. One hundred thousand reps. Day one is the baseline. Cross the line.”
The app's namesake: a single fixed expedition you commit to and cross. One hundred days, roughly a thousand reps a day, baseline to proof. You do not pick a distance, you accept it. Milestone days are photons, the points where you bring the camera and capture where the body stands. What you keep at the end is the hundred days walked and the photographs that bracket them.
The Persistence Protocol
“One thousand reps a day. Miss one and the chain breaks to zero.”
The one protocol that does not forgive. Ten exercises, one hundred reps each, every single day. Each day you lock in is a link, and the chain holds for exactly as long as you do. Miss a day and it returns to one. Dial the level down when the body asks for it, the chain does not mind, but the day still has to be finished.
